About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the ClosedBy Academy website, free masterclass, Closer Speedrun Bundle, and related digital materials provided by ClosedBy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these terms before registering or buying. By accepting these terms at registration or checkout, you agree to them.
Any separately purchased coaching program is governed by its own enrollment agreement and the offer presented for that program. Buying the $27 bundle does not enroll you in coaching.
Registration and eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Provide accurate registration and purchase information, keep your account credentials private, and use the services lawfully. You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and access to the email address used for registration.
The masterclass and bundle
The masterclass is free to attend. The Closer Speedrun Bundle is an optional, one-time $27 purchase, not a recurring subscription. Any applicable taxes and the total charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
The bundle includes the Plug-and-Play Loom Script Template, Word-for-Word Objection Pullback Cheat Sheet, Zero-to-One Remote Sales Primer, $10,000/Month Career-Switcher Debrief, and private post-masterclass VIP backstage Q&A access described on the offer page.
Access instructions are delivered to the email address used at checkout. The purchased templates, recordings, and guides include permanent access as advertised. Keep copies of downloadable files. If we change the delivery platform, we will provide a replacement access method or a way to retain the purchased digital materials.
Live sessions
The event date, time, and joining instructions appear on the confirmation page and in event communications. VIP Q&A follows the main masterclass, is unrecorded, and does not require your camera or participation in a roleplay. A replay of the live masterclass is not guaranteed.
If we need to reschedule or cancel a session, we will notify registrants through their registration contact details and explain the replacement arrangements. These terms do not remove any refund or other rights that apply if a paid service cannot be delivered.
14-day money-back guarantee
The Closer Speedrun Bundle includes a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 14 days of your purchase at matthew@closedby.io. Include the purchase email and enough information to identify the order. Do not send full payment-card details.
No explanation, proof of use, attendance, or completed exercises is required. We will issue a full refund promptly to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to display it. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. This bundle guarantee does not replace the separate terms of any coaching program.
Training and results
Our materials provide sales education and examples. Registration or purchase does not guarantee a job, placement, client, commission, or level of income. Results depend on your circumstances, skill, effort, available opportunities, and other factors.
Student stories describe individual experiences. They are not a promise that you will achieve the same outcome. You are responsible for evaluating employers, offers, compensation terms, and decisions you make using the training. Nothing here limits an express promise made in your purchase agreement or rights relating to misleading claims.
Using the materials
You receive a personal, nonexclusive license to use the purchased materials for your own learning and sales work. You may adapt the supplied templates for your own outreach and conversations. You may not resell, publicly distribute, share paid account access, or claim ownership of the original training or templates.
Do not disrupt sessions, harass other participants, submit unlawful content, or attempt to access systems without authorization. We may restrict access for material misuse, subject to applicable law and any refund obligations. Honest reviews and lawful consumer complaints are permitted.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Hosting, payments, forms, communications, and live sessions may use third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. Do not share confidential employer or customer information in a session unless you have permission.
SMS messaging terms
ClosedBy Academy SMS Program
ClosedBy LLC, doing business as ClosedBy Academy, is the sender of this program. We use Roezan as our messaging service provider. Depending on the consent you give, messages may include masterclass registration confirmations, event reminders and joining instructions, schedule changes, requested support, and follow-up information about ClosedBy training. Promotional messages about our offers or services are sent only when you have consented to receive them.
Consent and message frequency
SMS enrollment requires your affirmative consent through an SMS opt-in. Providing a phone number, accepting these terms, registering for a masterclass, or making a purchase does not by itself authorize marketing texts. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You confirm that you control the number provided or have the account holder’s permission. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency varies with the event schedule, your requests, and the communications you opted into. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier about your plan and charges.
Stop messages or subscribe again
Reply STOP to a message from the program to unsubscribe. You may receive one final text confirming your unsubscribe request. After that confirmation, we will stop sending messages from this program unless you opt in again. To resume messages after opting out, text START or UNSTOP to the same number. Entering your phone number on a form again does not override an SMS opt-out.

Delivery and privacy
Delivery depends on your carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Read our Privacy Policy for how we protect mobile information and SMS consent records.
Service responsibilities
We aim to keep the site and purchased materials accessible and accurate. Temporary interruptions can occur, and we will take reasonable steps to address access problems reported to us. We remain responsible for the services and express commitments we sell.
These terms do not exclude liability or waive remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not limit rights concerning fraud, misleading statements, required refunds, or mandatory consumer protections.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms for future use of the site and future purchases. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required. Changes will not retroactively reduce the refund or access rights attached to an existing purchase without your agreement.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Applicable mandatory consumer laws remain in force.
